VIDEO CONFERENCING SUPPORT ON THE MARIETTA CAMPUS
for faculty served by the Faculty Support Office
The requester must contact their home department to coordinate the space and technology needs on the Kennesaw Campus.
Reservation requests for video conferencing space on the Marietta Campus should come to the Faculty Support Office (firstname.lastname@example.org) a minimum of four business days before support is needed.
Requests should include:
- Estimated number of people expected to attend on the Marietta Campus
- Equipment needs
- Date and time
- Information for the space being used on the Kennesaw Campus (including a contact person for the meeting and the room # of the meeting).
Once reservations on the Marietta campus are complete, the Faculty Support Office will contact UITS (email@example.com) to let them know that a meeting has been scheduled that requires technology setup/support, and to provide the name of the contact person for the meeting on the Kennesaw Campus. The requesting party will be included in the Cc: of the e-mail.
The Faculty Support Office will submit a Marietta campus key access request form for the requester if necessary.
After the Faculty Support Office gets the automatic Service Work Order# notification e-mail with a Service Word Order# assigned, it will be forwarded to the requester and the contact person for the meeting on the Kennesaw Campus.
